Once approved, use your account’s unique link. The last valid referral is eligible for attribution for 30 days in that browser.

Review commissions and recorded payments in your account. Eligible balances are paid manually on Fridays, with no minimum payout.

Which orders qualify?
Paid orders attributed to your approved referral link within its 30-day window may qualify, including repeat orders in that window. Your own purchases do not earn commission.
Does a referral link give customers a discount?
A referral link identifies the partner who introduced the customer. It does not automatically apply a discount or change the customer’s price.
How are refunds handled?
Full refunds reverse the order’s commission. Partial refunds hold the affected commission for review. Adjustments after a payout offset future commissions.
How do Friday payouts work?
Strand sends payments manually and records completed payments in the admin system. Your partner account shows the recorded payment history. Friday scheduling uses Eastern Time; reviewed holds and refund adjustments can affect the amount due.
