Who you are buying from

These terms govern orders placed with Strand Labs, the operator of Strand Aminos, in Winter Springs, Florida, United States. Contact support@strandaminos.com for order, policy, or business correspondence. The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order.

Eligibility and research use

You must be at least 21 and provide a United States shipping address. Products are sold solely for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. The Research-Use Policy and Disclaimer form part of these terms. You must provide accurate contact and shipping information and complete the checkout attestation.

If you order on behalf of a laboratory or other organization, you must be authorized to do so. Product descriptions and available lot documents help identify the materials offered; they do not establish suitability for a particular project.

Prices, discounts, and orders

Prices are in US dollars. Review the items, quantities, shipping charge, discounts, and final total before submitting. Bundle savings and eligible promotions are reflected in the checkout total; promotion conditions determine whether discounts combine. A submitted order or order number does not by itself confirm payment or shipment.

Where tax calculation is enabled, the sales-tax estimate is based on the delivery address and order details. Changing an address, quantity, shipping option, or discount can change the estimate. Review the refreshed total before placing an order. If checkout cannot establish the required total, resolve the displayed issue before ordering or paying.

We may contact you about stock availability, an address problem, suspected misuse, or a material listing error before fulfillment. We will explain a proposed change and obtain your agreement to any increased price. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payment for unshipped items and the applicable shipping charge.

Payment

Use only a payment method enabled at checkout. If Zelle is offered, follow the recipient, amount, and order reference shown in your order instructions. Do not send a transfer if the recipient details are missing or do not match those instructions; contact us first. Orders await payment verification before dispatch. The payment deadline is shown with your instructions, and unpaid orders may be cancelled when that deadline passes.

Do not send payment card numbers, bank passwords, or other account credentials by email or in order notes. An option described as unavailable cannot be used to pay for an order.

Accounts and Strand Points

Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access. Strand Points are store discounts associated with your account, not cash. Eligible earnings, redemption value, and your available balance are shown on the site. Order points are credited after payment is confirmed, and cancellations or refunds may reverse related earnings or restore redeemed points. Contact us about a missing or incorrect balance before relying on it for a purchase.

A customer account and Strand Points membership are free and do not enroll you in a paid subscription. Review the current Strand Points information for earning, redemption, and expiry rules. An account or points balance does not grant affiliate status.

Shipping and delays

We ship within the United States. Available services and charges are shown at checkout; see Shipping for dispatch information. Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are separate from order processing.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will notify you, explain the revised shipping date when known, and offer the choice of accepting the delay or cancelling for a prompt refund of the unshipped merchandise and applicable shipping charges. If we cannot obtain the consent required for a delay, we will cancel and refund the unshipped portion. A tracking number alone does not remove these rights.

Cancellations, refunds, and claims

Contact support@strandaminos.com promptly to request cancellation or correct an address. Our Returns & Refunds policy and Quality Guarantee explain cancellations and claims for damaged, incorrect, missing, or disputed items, including the information needed and reporting windows. Use the claim link on your order page or email us with your order number. Do not return products without instructions from us.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible; we will arrange an appropriate alternative with you if that method cannot accept a refund. A refund approval and receipt of funds are separate events. Nothing in these terms or our claims policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Site use and privacy

Do not attempt to access another customer's account, orders, or personal information, or interfere with the storefront. Our Privacy Policy explains the information used to operate the site and process orders.

You may use product and policy information to evaluate or manage your own research purchases. Do not impersonate Strand Aminos, misrepresent an affiliation, publish altered analytical reports as originals, or use our brand to advertise an unapproved offer. Rights that applicable law gives you are unaffected.

Affiliate program

Verified account holders may apply through the affiliate portal and accept the Affiliate Terms. Approval is required. Approved affiliates earn 10% of eligible merchandise after discounts and redeemed points, excluding shipping and tax, under a 30-day last-valid-referral rule. Self-referrals are ineligible. Payments are processed manually on Fridays with no minimum payout amount; refunds and review holds can reduce the amount payable. An application or customer membership alone does not earn commissions.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms for future orders by publishing a new effective date. Changes do not retroactively change an accepted order's terms. Contact support@strandaminos.com for help resolving an issue.
