Applying and accepting these terms

Strand Labs, the operator of Strand Aminos in Winter Springs, Florida, operates this affiliate program. Apply through your affiliate account page after verifying your account email. You must affirmatively accept these terms when applying; we record that acceptance. Applications require review and approval before referral activity can earn commissions.

Submitting an application does not itself activate an affiliate account. An approved affiliate is an independent referrer and cannot bind Strand Aminos, accept customer payments on our behalf, or represent that they are our employee or agent. Customer accounts and Strand Points membership remain separate from affiliate approval.

Eligibility and application information

You must be at least 21, provide accurate business and contact details, and have authority to act for any organization named in your application. Tell us about your website or public channels, intended audience, and proposed promotional approach. You must be able to follow our Research-Use Policy and applicable advertising rules.

We review applications individually and may request clarification. We do not promise approval, a response deadline, sales volume, or earnings. Do not send bank details, tax identifiers, passwords, or identity documents with an initial application.

Commission rate and eligible orders

Approved affiliates earn a 10% commission on the eligible merchandise amount of attributed, paid orders, rounded to the nearest cent. The commission base is the merchandise total after discounts and redeemed Strand Points. Shipping charges and tax are excluded. An unpaid order does not earn commission, and self-referrals are ineligible. Orders using the affiliate's own customer account or the same email address are excluded.

A referral link does not automatically give the customer a discount. Use only the link or code assigned to your approved account, and describe any separate customer promotion accurately. Do not imply that your application is approved before your account shows that status.

30-day referral attribution

The last valid referral recorded within the 30 days before an eligible order is placed receives attribution. A later valid referral replaces an earlier one. Eligible orders within that window may be attributed to the same affiliate; this is not a lifetime assignment of the customer.

Tracking depends on the referral being recorded and available when the customer orders. Browser settings, deleted cookies, or switching devices can prevent attribution. A screenshot of a link or an unrecorded recommendation does not by itself establish an attributed order.

Payments on Fridays

Payments are processed manually each Friday using the America/New_York time zone. A commission becomes eligible on the Friday on or after the customer's payment is confirmed, subject to refunds and review holds. There is no minimum payout amount for a positive payable balance. Payments are not automatically sent by this website: an administrator arranges the transfer and records the payment in your affiliate account. A scheduled payment date is not a promise that funds will reach your account that day; an overdue eligible payment remains due.

Only an eligible balance that is not held for review is payable. Contact support@strandaminos.com to arrange payment details through an appropriate channel or to ask about a recorded payment. Do not put financial credentials in your application or promotional materials.

Cancellations, refunds, and balance adjustments

Cancelled or fully refunded orders do not retain their commissions. If a commission has already been paid, its reversal creates a negative adjustment that offsets future commissions. An earlier payout does not make the related commission immune to a refund reversal. The website does not automatically debit your bank account for a negative balance.

Partial refunds place the affected commission under review until an administrator reviews the refunded merchandise amount and resolves the adjustment. Amounts under review are not available for payment. Your displayed balance and payment history reflect recorded commissions, reversals, adjustments, and payments; contact support@strandaminos.com if an entry appears incorrect.

Clear advertising disclosures

If an approved relationship includes payment, a commission, free products, or another benefit, make that relationship clear wherever it affects an endorsement. Put a plain-language disclosure beside the relevant message or link, where people will see it before acting. A profile biography or a disclosure hidden behind another link is not enough.

For example, an approved commission-based post could say, “I may earn a commission from purchases through this link.” Use wording that accurately describes your actual arrangement. In video or audio, make the disclosure clear in the content as well as near any accompanying links. Follow the FTC's endorsement guidance and any additional rules that apply to your audience.

Accurate research-only communications

Promotions must identify the products solely as materials for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Use accurate, current catalog information and approved brand materials. Do not imply approval by a regulator, universal testing coverage, guaranteed purity beyond a specific published report, or suitability beyond the stated research purpose.

Do not create false reviews, misleading comparisons, invented scientific endorsements, or claims about personal benefits. Do not alter a COA, hide important restrictions, impersonate Strand Aminos, or suggest that you can bind us to a price, refund, or other promise.

Promotion channels and customer information

Use accurate materials and the promotional channels described in your approved application. Unsolicited bulk messages, misleading links, fabricated traffic, unauthorized discounts, self-referrals, and transactions arranged to manufacture commissions are not permitted. Do not collect payments, login credentials, or customer order details on our behalf.

An affiliate account shows its attributed order numbers, eligible merchandise amounts, commission entries, dates, and recorded payments. It does not grant access to customer names, email addresses, or shipping information. Application and referral information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Review, corrections, and ending participation

We may ask you to correct or remove misleading material or pause referral activity while an issue is reviewed. You may request to leave the program by contacting support@strandaminos.com. Suspension or closure does not erase records needed to reconcile valid commissions, refunds, and payments, and does not automatically forfeit amounts owed under these terms or applicable law.
